How did you change the fps
He didn't, they just slowed the frames down
under file, click file settings and change the fps to whatever you want. i use 24 fps and "none" as the easing option.

@@Cogit- it was like 2 months ago. he "leaked" a fake version of beatrun which was supposedly a crack, but it had malware which would log your ip and your steam ID and he publicly shamed people on his website. all because they didnt want to pay for his shitty mirrors edge addon
