I live in Mississippi and I buy your sausage regularly. It's my favorite and was my late Dad's as well. It's a quality product.

Bobber's Cafe is located in Anderson Indiana. Located in a city park with a fairly large lake, it started life as a bait and tackle shop for anglers coming to fish. Then they got the idea to add a little snack bar and things just kind of took off from there! Along with typical snack foods like burgers and breaded tenderloins, they have a full breakfast menu AND it is not uncommon for them to have something more substantial (but you have to check to see what that is on a given day, but it's GOOD!)

I just tried this sausage for the 1st time recently. I don't know if it was a bad batch but it was hard to cut with the fork. I've eaten about 3 different brands and they were all easy to cut with the fork.
