I use Palomar knot on PowerPro line 30 lb and line is breaking around 28 lb mark and I'm happy with that. On Daiwa Saltiga 12 line same Palomar knot broke at 13 lb under 50% of strength. I tried 5 more times and I get similar results. Looks like power rating printed on Daiwa Saltiga 12 is just wrong.
