Are the bottom boxes supposed to hold box spring? Confused why there isn't slats.
Hello, the box spring sits directly on the floor with the mattress on top. The mattress will stick out a couple of inches. We measured for what the client had already. Thank you for your comment.

مشكلة هذه الغرف جيدة للاطفال الصغار إلى ٩ أو ١٠ بالكثير أما المراهقون سيكرهون هذا لأنه غير مريح لهم أبدا أتكلم من واجع تجربة أطفالي إلى ٦ سنين وبعدها كره الأطفال الصعود للأعلى وكانوا يتذمرون حتى من ناحية التهوية سيء جدا فكروا كثيرا قبل القيام بذلك لانه مكلف جدا وقد تستخدمه لسنتين إلى ٤ سنين بالكثير

Great build! The only thing missing are the steps dually functioning as drawers for storage.
Good morning, thanks for watching. I actually made the 2nd, 3rd and fourth steps (risers) as functioning drawers. I should have showed it in the video.

What blueprint did you use
Hello, I drew it in sketchup, added things and designed as I built. The drawers in the stairs were something that came along as I built. All the ash wood stair treads and railings were custom made to match the clients existing stairs. I suppose I could perfect my sketchup plans and offer them to people. Thank you for the reply

Sanded too much - Lost character in the wood grain.
It hasn’t been sanded it’s from the factory like this

@@urbainouestconstruction If you sand wood past 240 grit sandpaper, the wood dust becomes so fine that it starts clogging the pores of the wood. Destroying the natural look of the grain. Really though, tell me more how you have never worked with wood!
