C is absolutely the best first language, as most languages are heavily inspired based off C. Also, Rust is the worst beginner programming language, not saying it's bad, I love Rust, but to actually appreciate the borrow checker and error handling of Rust you gotta learn C or C++ first.

You do not need to do all of that to get a career in tech. That are tons of resources on the internet and even here on UA-cam about how to break into tech. Also, if you want to learn how to code you do not need a bootcamp . Agsin there are free resources out there like Freecodecamp on UA-cam which is absolutely FREE, Tech with Tim on UA-cam, I took a course on Edx , Introduction to programming with Python by professor David Malan From Harvard University and that too was completely Free. There are a lot of resources out there. Why will I need to get into a contract and tying my freedom not knowing what I am getting myself into? That js ridiculous. I'll find a job the regukar way because these agency just want to make money off of you and you end uo working like a slave. Already working a job with most companies is the same as in overworking yourself with less pay, no promotion but it is not all companies that are like that. etc Now signing a contract with an agency is a hell no for me. That is why I'm looking for job working with the federal government.

I would like to actually practice what I went to school for in all honesty. I actually did this 2 years ago with a consultancy company in Sweden. Having “graduated” a master during the pandemic, it was still impossible for me to get a job. I came across a Data Engineering program offered by my current employer in 2021, which was a 4 months program of intensive learning. I did not get paid during those 4 months. But there was guaranteed job/position after the graduation meaning that I would become a consultant for the company. So I took the opportunity to apply. It was definitely not an easy application as it was over 700 applicants and only 2 got accepted from my region. And the salary was/is not good but I still secured a job and a salary. My goal was to learn and gain programming skill. In my opinion, it was tougher than the university. But it was also worth it.
