It's too bad that IWH shut down. However, Guildcrest Homes shown in the video is still in operation.
The dishonesty starts with the name: "wholesale" means to buy goods in bulk with an expectation of retailing them. Most of the other claims he makes are also misleading. I couldn't say whether it's "fun" or not, but I doubt it.
I stay in a basement for 3 years... and I wish I get into a home soon...

The construction industry has a lot to do with the public's perception on modular homes... Trying to discredit modular quality because it threatens their industry. I worked construction for years and heard it a lot. Also seen a lot that would make me lean towards modular.

Great presentation. Love the concept. Amazing work of precision and craftsmanship. I would not be surprised if these factory-built homes are better finished than site-built versions. Probably less corner cutting and carpentry mistakes.
