I think the Laine injury killed the enthusiasm for the season at the start, and I mean for both the players and the fans. Also, maybe the media are making a bigger fuss that need to be? The way they turned on Marty St-Louis was kind of brutal, have we forgotten how young the team is? We have to appreciate the parity in the NHL and more so, how the Atlantic division is stacked. The rebuild is going well so far, expectations are too high.

I love the fact that they took out the Panthers and it wasn't even close. But I would love to see them trade for Trent Frederick. He's a solid bottom. This was a very good segment. This is what I have been observing as well on their bad games. Just really passive and bad team defense. Then on a lot of the games they win they start playing stronger defense. The team has the pieces to become a really good team.
