I hardly ever keep any mementos from shows or tours. In my head it’s 2025 and I’m already thinking about “how are we gonna play that weird noise from that track on album #3, live?”. But got sent this cute video by Shea McChrystal & Bonfire Films and remembered, oh yeah, I played at Glastonbury! It was already a distant cat’s eye in the rearview mirror of the Skinny Pelembe Mobile, but nice to be forced to slam the brakes for a second and remember that I got to play this album out on the West Holts Stage! And apparently Ed Milliband was there!?! I saw a bloke waving an egg whisk in the crowd, but I don’t think it was him. I did clock Shaun Keaveny in a tutu, but tried to avoid any eye contact, bit distracting, that. would be great to see how this track was made, my top track so far this year! I've also seen the live performance with Yazmin Lacey at Gilles Peterson's Worldwide Awards. It helped me understand the lyrics more and I understood why this track resonated with me from first listen.

This is everything. That got increasingly difficult to watch, with each shot of the faces, the eyes, flashing by faster and faster..till they were replaced with skulls - Everyone meets the same end at some point.
