@timericdesign im currently testing more options for more wattage so I can run a bigger sub while still getting the clean sound.

Subscribed interested what you come up with! I was wondering if a ported chamber for the sub would help but I haven’t built a speaker box since I was in high school putting subs in my car 20 years ago! I’m sure things have changed since then but I love the idea of this for taking to job sites or moving around the shop.

Yes thats what i use it for, shop, BBQ, partys, my kids come get it. I have teied a few port designs the issue i feel is sub size for a simple port. What im trying now is a chambered port like BOSE dose on there little subs in home audio. We will see i want to do a 10 or even 12 and have the play time and clarity i have now.​@timericdesign

@je1279 yah but I did a hole system in the truck that it was built for. 2 amps, sub, component speakers. So it has plenty of volume to go with the bass.

It's pretty loud. Phone audio dose not do it justice. If your standing in front of it close, it hurts your ears. That's coming from someone who has been at the starting line of many drag races and works in a shop for a living.

@DJDream 1/2 volume 10-12hr, 3/4 8-10 hours, all of it 6-7 hours. Everything is depending on the style of music. More bass means less battery life. This is also on a 6.0 battery the bigger battery last lo ger of course

@@jcfish847 That seems crazy efficient! I would have thought your system is pulling at least 50W RMS peak.

I have no way to tell the true wattage. Truly it's crazy how long it last. But iv had the prototype box for well over a year and that's the times iv got. With the smaller amp that was also a 3 channel amp, less wattage. I could go longer then that. Two 8 hour shifts at half volume and still have between 25%-40% battery life left.

@jcfish847 would be fun to hear it in real life. Built something much smaller with door speakers and found the sound tinny! Love it regardless!

I ran mine to the battery, the rear seat bolt works as well since it goes to the frame and not the aluminum body

@5.0truck do you have a senter console or do you have the full bench with a fold down console like this truck did?

Also what music do mainly lesson too? Remeber 10s will be more responsive then 12s. More pinching if you will. But will struggle to hit the beep notes a 12 loves to hit.

@@jcfish847 I have the same exact seats as this truck. I listen to a lot of different music. Rap, rock, 70s 80s 90s, new music.

@5.0truck ok so two 10s in a well sized box is what i would recommend. You can get the punch you want for the bass drum but since the hz in the box are lower (due to box being bigger) you will be able to hit most deep nots. If you building your own box, stick to the high end of what is recommended for your air space. The box video of how I built the box for that truck shows how to find and get your air space. I used the center seat beated bolts for the grounds.

Good ideal man. This was for a customer and I just told them what they needed to get and left the rest open to the customer and what they wanted to run.

They are discontinued now. LMR sells a HID version now.

a flores, they would the best of you put the high beam towards the grill and the low beam towards the fender.

nice, I bought led because I purchased the dark smoked headlights for my cobra and they look really good.

Justin Coyne what peace are you talking about. The LED lights I bought from LMR are a direct replacement bulb. You twist a quarter turn to get you out, then like up the LED bulb with the slots in the housing and twist quarter turn.

No the only issue I have is that they are about 1-2 years old and 1 is already out and no waranty. And LMR dose not carry them anymore.

Jeremy Fish where else can I find them.. I want that same bulb

275/35/18 all the way around with out rubbing even on full turn. I will be going a touch wider and maybe to a 40 on the high when I replace these.
