Blockbuster (and, to some extent, Premeries Video and Hollywood Video) was the one-stop place for renting DVDs or VHS Tapes. You had one week (AKA five days, even though seven days is a full week, but oh well) to watch your DVD or VHS Tape. Once that week was up, you returned it to the store; no trouble at all. But if you didn't, you had to pay a fee for each day it was not returned. It may be gone from this world (it was taken over by Netflix, of course -_-) but in my world...several Blockbuster stores are still in operation, which is a good thing. 🙂

I still miss the nostalgia of Blockbuster there was something inviting about going and renting DVDs and VHS? I think when you have access to to much theses streaming services you lose the excitement and gratification of going out and renting a copy. You might have more access at your fingertips but it loses a lot of the charm that was Blockbuster.

Maybe its a slightly weird image but also amazing as always.
