‘Meet the Innovator’ series is powered by The Propel Labs. As part of the series, we invite leaders who are passionate about advancing the cause of growth and sustainability through innovation. It is a 10 min session that had the likes of Andre Schneider (CEO of Geneva Airport), Rajit Kamal (Worldwide President, J&J), Cynthia Hansen (MD, Innovation Foundation), Nazrene Mannie (Executive Director, GAN) to name a few.
Meet the Innovator: Vikas Singhal
Dr. Singhal, an American Board of Surgery-certified surgeon, specializes in laparoscopic bariatric, metabolic, anti-reflux, and complex hernia surgeries.
He completed his MBBS in India and pursued advanced surgical training in the UK and USA, including a fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic GI & Bariatric Surgery.
With over 10,000 surgeries performed, he is a recognized expert in abdominal wall reconstruction and robotic-assisted procedures.
Dr. Singhal has published extensively, received awards for his research, and serves as a tutor in obesity management. He is committed to practicing evidence-based medicine with compassion and empathy.
