I LOVE pressure because of the personality in the game, Sebastian alone makes me keep coming back and whenever I see the guy at his shop I always end up saying “HI SEB!!” Or something, I don’t get the same vibe in doors. The gameplay is repetitive and Im just not a fan, Im not sure what I like about pressure though, the fact that the person who voices Gabriel Ultrakill also voices funny fish man, the INSANE amount of Ultrakill references (From Pandemonium and everything about it to the trenchbleeders to the wall dwellers there are SO many references). As you can tell I like Ultrakill.

i think pressure is a copy, but not all the way. They took aspects of doors and improved them. This game (aside from the theme) could honestly be a dlc or new floor for doors. anyways both games are fun so it doesn’t really matter.

this is basically another mad city vs jailbreak situation. both: inspired by another source have the same gameplay loop do some things differently that are both good and bad. cause the entire community to fight over which one is better

Inspiration or ‘copying’ is a necessity in the gaming industry. It’s unavoidable and that’s a good thing. It’s important to how new game genres and unique mechanics are discovered. The creators literally credit doors alongside 3 other games in the game description, which isn’t something I see often.

what if pressure was as well inspired by spooky's mansion? along with doors? that would explain that both creators played it and got inspired by spooky's mansion that's my only theory.

ive played it myself, really similiar to doors. the room layouts, monsters, etc. I think its good, but i would say its closer to a copy than inspired
