Hi Lisa you are so right about visiting parents I did as much as I could but I still after 10years miss them like mad and wish I could have just one more visit ❤ I know what you mean about having your space unfortunately with hubby housebound he is constantly here but I do like to escape when someone will sit with him or go into my little nursery I love him to bits but peace is nice too love Josie in that sleeper incidentally that ws my mums name lots of love xxxxx ❤

i wish i had my parents to my dad died when he was 56 .my mom died when she was 70 .i missed them a lot i lost my daughter through cancer 😢i really miss her something terrible 😢. but i just have to get on with my life .and yes you should spend more time with your parents because you never know .sorry to be so dramatic .

Hi Lisa! Josie is so adorable, love her pretty curls. Her sleeper is perfect for her. Our lifestyle is like yours. We only leave the farm about once a month for grocery shopping. It's a nice, peaceful life.😊 We still have a ton of snow on the ground. Today should be a melting day, but then it's going to get in the singles again.🥶 You're not boring my sweet friend! Tomorrow marks 2 years since losing my precious mum after living with dementia for 8 years she was 82. My sister and I cared for her between us over that time. We all lived within 10 minutes of each other which was a blessing. My world fell apart on 2nd May 2024 when my sister who i just mentioned and only sibling passed away suddenly without any warning, we found out it was due to heart disease. There was only 10 months in age between us because she was premature and born at 7 months. We were basically like twins growing up. She would have been 60 in the September, life is just so unfair sometimes 😢 I'm sorry to pour my heart out on your channel it just touched my heart hearing you speak about your parents. She’s so adorable! My husband and I are the old folks in our family now. I love spending time with my kids and grandkids whenever I can. Two of my sons live in town, my daughter lives across the state, and my oldest son lives in Southern California, so I don’t get to see them all together very often. My dad passed away in 2000, and my mom in 2017. I still miss being able to do things with them. My mom and I did a lot together. Then we were both diagnosed with cancer at about the same time. I wasn’t able to be there for her as much as I wanted because in addition to undergoing chemo, I was still trying to work until I reached my full retirement age. My mom’s cancer didn’t respond to treatment and she passed away a year later. Almost 8 years later, I’m still here. You boring? Please… one of the things I like best about you is that your videos are like sitting down to chat with a friend. I don’t find that boring whatsoever. Apparently neither do all your other subscribers. And the new ones know a good thing when they see it!

But you know, i would lock him in the room with me so i can keep an eye on him at all times.
