Wow can't believe it insane.

Clamps may be applied backwards to the battery or loose. Red cable leading away from red jumper clamp may be grounding into the body. The Battery may be unchargable, have it tested.

Doubtful the starter just all of a sudden froze up. The seat likely has a safety switch that is not making contact....you need to sit before it will start. The clamp from your booster pack, or the booster pack itself, may be impeding the seat from making contact with the switch. Next, make sure the blade(s) are not engaged. Make sure the clutch safety switch is making contact. Inspect connections at the starter. You may need to remove the keyswitch and inspect the wires for rodent damage. If none of the above gives you resolve, you'll need to break out the multimeter. Good luck. 😊

Blade is down or your starter and solenoid

You need to sit on the seat for it to turn

Is the blade engaged?

Clean up connections and trying jumping the solenoid

Make sure ur grounds are connected properly tighten and tap the starter with a hammer while trying to start it

maybe try jumping the solinoid to see if the battery is good, i would also try connections
