This past week at my internship I had the opportunity to help with operations for the AHSAA Basketball Finals. This is my first time working on operations for a basketball event. I had so much and I am thankful for the opportunity.

Later that week I also went out with some of my football recruitment friends as we celebrated our school winning the Football National Championship and then I spent my Saturday having a little bit of a self care day and tried a black owned Vegan food truck called Bean Me Up Scottie! I am a part of the communications team for the Grad Student Association at the University of Alabama. With 2020 being an election year the members of the executive board had the opportunity to receive some advice on relational organizing in an effort to get others to vote.
