So I'm working on a test garment for pants and want to install an invisible zipper in the back. Your video said to install the zipper then finish the sewing the back crotch curve. Do you have a tutorial for this? I ask because I'm just getting started on zippers. I watched your zipper tutorial from a few years ago; have you updated this method or is it still the same?

I'm prepping to sew this pattern and am so glad I found your tutorials. I just saved them in my playlist so I can follow along this weekend.

Mama worked so hard fitting our clothes pants were her nemesis ! My Aunt came 2 times a year & Mama sewed her wardrobe, beautiful things and we had so much fun together. Mama would fit the pattern pieces my sister could cut & use sewing machine, Mama sewed mostly and I did the hand tacking, hemming and pressing. Fond memories too on bad weather days sewing and baking. Thank You ❤

Your zipper visuals and instructions are perfection.

I think you could insert a diamond shaped crotch gusset, similar to men's trousers. You have put in a lot of work and your fabric is lovely. These pants are worth saving. Try a 6"x4" diamond and over lock the edges. Release the 4 seams at the crotch and fit in your gusset. This will give more fabric which will allow better movement and give you a nice skim over your lower hips. Good luck

Hi. I just purchased this system in. I'm not really sure. I understand the math. my bust is 47-48 inches, and my hips are for the widest part of my body, which is my waist area is 48-49 inches. I have the system about 20 years ago, but I didn't know how to use it, and I gave it away. I'm taking another stab at it. I didn't know you said go. It did not come with seam allowances or any allowances😅. I just could not figure out why my garments would not fit me😮. I will take any suggestions on how to use the system. Better! I'm going to watch your videos you have on the system and I also am going to start my Lutterloh journey on my UA-cam channel In post pictures on Instagram to encourage me in any other ladies who are around my size and want to use the system too. Please explain the 10-13” waist to hip ratio My natural waist is 33 (smallest part of my waist) so therefore I should add 10 to get my hip measurement which will be too big or that will give me a 3” ease?

Too much movement

Made the jumpsuit out of a flowy lyocell. The fit was a disaster! The look of the sleeves was huge! The legs were too wide! It was impossible to get on! I ended up throwing it in the garbage! The pattern says for a size 18 that the leg width is 18 inches. This is not correct!
