if the external device generates the alarm by pulling the inputs to ground (negative trigger), the pull-up jumper should be inserted on the input of the falcon GSM, i can't locate the jumper on the transimitter please assist. iam using a texcom panel programmable outputs that are negative trigger

Hi I've got an IDS 805, but the alarm technician and the alarm company says that it doesn't work. Will it work with the cable currently supplied in the falcon box? Or is there another cable that needs to be purchased? Thanks

I have got a HYYP module which occupies the serial port on my X64 already. So I believe it must be connected on TIP and Ring on the FSK module, connecting to the Line in / Phone on the X64. 1) Can I use either of these on the x64? 2) If I use the Phone Connector, the connections is Phone, Gnd, Phone, Do i connect it to phone + phone or Phone + Gnd ?

Okay - been there and done that - Used the ON/OFF option. It switches but doesn't latch - it goes Green on the slider for a while but then reverts. the notification simply says switched off

the app certainly does not work as demonstrated, after 1 hour from the Fidelity ADT technicians they had to give up linking the device to my phone
