Mate you just can't win ! My mate paid $700 for a custom sabetstaff only to have the shop that made it shut down so it can not get it fixed . So he got the saber staff from Amazon and yep it's just odd So small and just odd but ironically 1 because of its small size he Moves well with it and 2 because of it's mass production of it breaks down Its a easy replacement 🙏 so it's better then losing a lot of cash on that one item that no one else can fix . And last of all because of its small size ,did I mention it's small size 🤔 Anyway .. Because of its Small size it's perfect for him because it's used with his Sith assassin costume so using what looks like a small sabetstaff works with a assassin type get up .

I found a good one off Amazon and it was pretty cheap

Theirs something wrong with one of my Lightsaber it keeps switching off after being charged and I've replaced the battery

I bought some from a certain Chinese site beginning with T (loads of sellers have them). I must have found a seller who messed up as he was selling the double pack for £10 (less than 15$ US), that's including taxes etc. Bought 5 packs before they put the price back up to £45! Arrived today and they are pretty much the same as those (15 colours, not sure what yours had). Shocked at how good they are but annoyingly the center piece to make a dual Sabre was the wrong size in all of the boxes 😪. Still, not gonna complain for the price of a coffee per sabre, lol! If the sound annoys you hit the button 3 times and that usually disables sounds (though that includes the clash sound). I have a Hasbro Black Edition FX Elite sabre and the clash works better on these cheap things than it does the £200 Hasbro sabre, rofl.
