Which app is better? Coinbase vs Voyager #investing #crypto #coinbase
What is the better app, Coinbase or Voyager? #Voyager is the better app in my opinion. They are commission free, and pay interest on more than 30 coins! If you have any questions feel free to drop a comment below.
In this video we discuss what the better platform for crypto is. I am not sponsored by either of these apps. Coinbase has over 100 coins on their platform, but they only pay interest on 5 of them. What gives? Investing is inherently risky, so invest at your own risk.
If you liked the video and got some value out of it, please hit the like button and subscribe if you haven't already.
I'm inviting you to start investing in crypto with Voyager. Download the app and trade $100 to get $25 of free Bitcoin.
Use code EA4584559 or this link to claim your BTC:

M1 Finance is a great investing app that I use in addition to #Robinhood. M1 Finance makes investing a breeze with their unique automation. If you haven't checked them out already, what are you waiting for?

If you're not already on Robinhood, I highly recommend you check it out. It is the easiest app to use for stocks and some crypto's. You can use my link below and we will both get free stock.

Housing market crash or correction? #Zillow #Realestate #investing
Переглядів 382 роки тому
I don't believe there will be a housing market "crash", however I do think we will see a big price correction. I think Zillow is helping the artificially inflate the already inflated real estate prices. The current job market, and unemployment rates wont help things either, if people cannot pay their rents/mortgages. Let me know your thoughts, by leaving a comment Thanks for watching!
Will strikes affect your investments? #investing #m1finance #money
Переглядів 282 роки тому
With the current state of the labor force have you thought of how strikes might affect your investments? I didn’t think about it until today, when I read an article from M1 Finance. I feel our investments will be just fine and the strikes will have 0 effect on these companies in the long run. I don’t think these strikes will have much of an impact in the short term.
NEVER do this!! | Never use the rebalance button on M1 Finance

NEVER use the REBALANCE button!!! Using the rebalance button creates a taxable event, costing you money 💲! Most of us are in this for the long haul, so don't pay short term capital gains when you don't need to. You can simply just change it to 1% allocation and not create a taxable event, I feel this is a much better strategy. Subscribe for more valuable content! Don't forget to like and share ...

DRIP- Dividend Re Investment Program on Robinhood, make sure your dividend reinvestment is turned on for all your eligible stocks. I didn't even know you could turn this off/on for individual stocks. The customer service at Robinhood was wonderful and very helpful. It actually worked out okay that my DRIP was turned off for #INTC because the price dropped that day. What’s the difference between ETF’s and index funds?
Переглядів 193 роки тому
ETF’s and index funds are very similar. One major difference in the buy in. ETF’s only charge the cost of 1 share to get in, while index funds on the other hand can charge a $3,000- $5,000 minimum investment. Expense ratios (Basically management Fees) are almost the same between index funds and ETF’s. It would really help out the channel if you would tap the like button. Subscribe if you haven’...

Dogecoin is going CRAZY!!! MUCH WOW!!!
I drove a water truck in the bakken. Bringing water to the frac pad, which wasn't bad. But having to do containment, especially in the winter. Taking the chains on and off, on and off. Windy as shit, 25 below. It can suck sometimes. I operate hot oilers now in killdeer. I like it alot better, pays double.
How do I apply?
Pay any thing????
What,no hard hat
Water haulers are the absolute worst
Простите за отклонение от темы, но как можно обменять USDT на BNB в кошельке OKX? У меня есть только seed-фраза: head isolate sound end kit industry choice festival limit stable dolphin derive. Как это правильно сделать?
The part you left out is having to chain up when the weather bad 😅
That's a 10 min ordeal, while drinking coffee.
That's because every oilfield semi (class 3a - 1a) needs to chain up if the conditions are bad. Not just a fluid hauler
@@escapetarkov3838 Lol 10 minutes
@@professorsecret4960 Yeah, it's legit 10 mins man. Do it 5 times a day in the winter in the freezen bakken and you get quick at it. It's not hard. Lay out the chains, drive on them, hook up and tighten, throw on the spider bungie. 10 mins.
@@escapetarkov3838 Damn. Passenger steer + all drives?
What app is that
Still doing it?
They won’t sponsor anything under 200 doors btw
I'm not necessarily looking for the easiest anything. I'm a new CDL Driver and I was wanting to truck in oil field industry. Can you give me any tips on starting?
If you have your class 1a, look for semi-vac positions. You get your oilfield and semi experience. They're basically just a giant vaccuum on wheels. Some common work for these trucks are hauling oil from tank A to tank B. Doing a "sting" which means you're trying to get the sand out of the bottom of the production tank. Or a doorpull, which is when you take off the door of said tank, and use the help of a pressure truck to wash out the inside, while staying outside the tank. After a sting or doorpull, you get to take a nice 1-2 hour drive to a disposal, to blow off your fluid, and dump the remaining sand (the trucks can alternate vaccuum and pressure. And the very of the trailer is a door that can open to empty out sand). The odd time you might go to a rig to help move their fluid into a tank. But typically it's a sting, doorpull, or fluid transfer you'll be doing. Lots of companies do that work
What field are you working in?
Most of the FSW is piped in nowadays!
How is this job type called??
Until the wind cuts your face in -60 degrees. 😂 Takes a hard person to be able to do that 'easy' job.
Nothing easy about this job. Try norther BC Alberta. Winter ice , spring sludge. Chain up chain down every new logging road. You earn your money
Easy until it gets icy or muddy? 😅
Production Water hauling is Cadillac I love it.
Hey jordan
What you guys talking about ofc cementing is the easiest job 🙏🏾
Would rather pull flowbacks off a row a fractanks than pull old lease wells.
I didn't see him gauge the wells or color cut anything.
@@jimmycannon8057 that's because all of that has been "cut" out. Should have shown it but whatever. Water companies are crooked AF I would stay FAR away from any of them due to the fact they just don't keep their equipment safe and would lie to you saying nothing is wrong but your missing brake shoes in brake drums and cannot stop. Oil field water hauling is some of the most gruesome will jeopardize your cdl and cost you life in bars while being paid pennies hourly. Don't work for any of them period... Went through 3 companies after realizing getting a tankers endorsement was mfkin worthless without the hazmat.
I’m a Saftey Supervisor , I believe I have the easiest job 😂
What certs do you need? I’m tired of Flowback
You know any company hiring owner op
OMG I NEEDED THIS! My 1 year old tried to "help" me paint our sons room mint green and got it all over our WHITE plush carpets
Liberty location
2 hours drive, pay nanny for my kid to find out that 10 min delay will cancel my reservation, don't even a warning that my seat was removed . Best of all, being attended by host / face was a rude teenager making fun of me telling me that I had to get early. Now that ai found the price is not worthy. They are not serious.
For some reason, this Multifamily Mindset sounds like a scam.
I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The stupidest decision I’ve ever made. Total waste.
anyone selling coaching mindset type stuff are grifting
Tell winter come around for 8 months and the roads are complete trash
Do you think they’ll sponsor deals? Or would one be handing over a deal and they run behind it and get it themselves? I need the sponsorship.
Class A driver with all endorsements (except school bus) with a year driving a Peterbilt mixer in Idaho. Do you have a contact to reach out to?
Oh, buddy, just pick up the phone and call anybody in Midland, Odessa or the entire surrounding area with the word trucking in the name and tell them what you said here. If you're not happy, go somewhere else until you are. Those jobs are a dime a dozen. Find an outfit you like that pays you what you're worth out there. Happy hunting!
Moves to 40K after the 3 day....for more personal session...zoom call and phone calls must of the times...BUT..they keep reminding you..... you can lose money ...and is super hard to get capital to invest ...and the sharks investors..they ask for a lot of interest ...in the end ...a lot of work ..little reward....I think is ok, if you are going to be completely invested to work 100000% in this...and you dont mind losing money at the beginning to learn their way...this can be good but since property values are so high and interest rate still high ..is hard finding a good deal...in the end...in my personal opinion..save your money get your credit as high as you can....and do this ALONE..I did it...takes a little longer..But your mistakes and rewards are only yours!..and as Robert kyosaki says...you need to make mistakes in order to learn...get a good attorney in real estate , a good CPA....learn how to do things your self and the reward is AMAZING...the capital you earn...is only for you.....Good luck.
Not to be that guy but... No 4 gas monitor, saftey toes, i know thats not an FR hoodie and wheres your hard hat? Youre a liability for your company... If you went to KTs or secure to wash out then they wouldnt let you dump there just because of your lack of equipment...
How bad are the roads in the winter?
🤣 if you don't have a 4 wheel drive vehicle then don't drive up here... They also shut down sections of the high way...
Someone i know just forked over 40k into this. Hopefully it works out
It doesn’t, no value, I’d say it is like a just empty palace in my experience. Bunch of blind coaches with faith. Ridiculous. Messing with ppl’s dreams. Strongly recommend exploring another and spend enough time for research such as reviews to make sure.
One has to wonder, if Multifamily Mindset’s methods are so successful why does Tyler have to sell courses about it? Why can’t he just focus on that itself? Or put differently, a really good realtor is a bit too busy being a really good realtor, and therefore would have no reason to sell a class on how to be a good realtor.

What job is this😊
well if nobody else is going to buy them and keep them livable ... But may it should be limited?

From personal experience, easiest job in the oil field is third party inspection. You watch other people work, sign applicable witness points, and write a report on what happens.
Hi, Can you give me some info on how to get into that? Pipeline welding inspector, warehouse etc. I’m just looking into doing that!
@@dustinjohnson345 there are a few different avenues you can look at. -Work your way into a QA position in a shop, see what companies the customer uses for third party inspection and apply -Take NDE classes/training - some colleges offer courses too An engineer told me once being a good TPI is approximately 30% knowledge, and 70% demeanor. How you handle yourself, work with others, communicate, is more important than the knowledge/training you've had. As a TPI you're indirect labor, the vendors would prefer you weren't there if they had a choice, so you have to show your worth while "playing in the sandbox" with others.
Juice!
MF ain’t got no hard hat!! You’re fired!!!
😂 I fired myself!
What’s the job title? What are you hauling
Production water hauler. I left the oilfield last uear
Is it hydraulic fracturing crew?
I made 172k one year pulling Vacuum Tankers i love this 😂💪🏾💰
Were you a owner operator or company driver? I’m driving for Fed Ex ground right now and I’m really interested in finding a good oil trucking company to drive for. Any tip would be appreciated!

When I was hauling Frac sand we hated these guys! Stay safe!🇺🇸🫡
The feeling was mutual.
What company do you work for, herd a lot of good stuff about North Dakota
I don’t work up there anymore. I worked for Grover Enterprises when I was up there
Yeah, so i did the first class, and then i decided to pay the 1,497 for a 3 day class. I attended the classes and by the 2nd day, they were teaching me how to raise capital and how to get to get it. They'll tell you to ask people, ask family, ask your IRA retirement and so on. They want you to work a way to get money. Then they throw you that curve ball of a $40,000 mentorship program. I couldn't believe it. Then when people decided not to do it, they started offering a package for a lessor amount. The lessor package teaches you to go out and look for brokers, how to do letter of intent, research and so on. You will do 95% of the work to find a good deal and you might, key word "might" find a deal months later but its up to you to find capital to try to invest. They will then invest. You'll get a acquisition fee, which is money but you don't own nothing in the deal. You can borrow to get in the deal but are you really gonna make money... you just borrowed, so you gotta pay up. So do you really make money? Anyway, the sponsor doesn't have to sponsor you meaning you will not get financing. A lot of work to be left with nothing except more work. Everything is done by you, they just piggie back and make the real money. I didn't pay for the class, nor gave money, so they all ignored me. Out the door i went with nothing except a loss.
