Printing your work is a satisfying final stage of fine art photography, but you should select the best representation you can before it leaves your studio.
Dog sledding in Canada

What's it like to dog sled? They pull hard and fast - you better be ready when they go. Next time I'll have a GoPro for POV's while I drive! The dogs were amazingly friendly and although they are not bred to be pets, they loved the attention.

    Great video thank you and love the final image. May seem a silly question but is there a technical reason for using this style of tripod with the titan instead of conventional camera housed top of tripod? Is it to avoid the wide angle of view taking in the bottom of the tripod legs within the composition or just heavier duty weight wise, or just your preferred way to gain control and position of the camera? Be interested to know.

      Thanks for the question but reality is I have several cheaper tripods and this one works for just about every I might run in to. Seems like my clumsy feet hit the tripod so this is a good way to have some room behind the camera. Not a technical reason at all. I just like it I guess 😊

    Beautiful! Very meditative. I’m planning to buy a Harman-Ilford large format pinhole for an upcoming Death Valley National Park trip, so this is useful.

    Thanks for posting this video. I was trying to find more information of this 4x5 pinhole and this is is exactly what I needed. Have you tried shooting with any instant film backs to help with composing your image?

    Adam, I stumbled across this just now and really enjoyed it. I wanted to see more of your pinhole photos (just learning 4x5 as a father/daughter project) so I turned to Google, which led me to your Facebook page, which told me we have a mutual friend (Julie A.). It's a funny, small world sometimes.

    Good job coach, I've recently started shooting lots of paper negative in camera which I'm working on a tutorial on my channel but I have only dabbled in pinhole. Looks like you have the technique down pat

    Thought about buying one, dont like the remove the cap and having to count then quickly covering, and the image didnt look goo

    • @adamgraser
      @adamgraser 5 років тому

      Yep, could be a better solution, but it's not totally a waste. I just have to remind myself to be careful no to see the camera when putting the cap back on.
