After a 3 hour flight accompanied with luxurious in-flight service, wow-meals of Turkish Airlines, we landed in Kloten-Zürich Airport Switzerland. This company has a prime class of Pilots and services. I am really honored flying Turkish Airlines. P.S.: I am just an ordinary customer and have nothing to do with Turkish Airlines. I did not get paid for this.

This is the third day of my acl and meniscus surgery (arthroscopy), i can bend my knee up to 45 degrees. Im 29 male. This is one of the best hospitals in Switzerland.

I have watched so many videos , I love hotel omelette but can't figure the magic of the whisked egg. they always pour from a previously whisked bowl. so can't elwen the technique of whisking which probably makes egg so so so fluffy
I just learned this after decades of making omelettes. Whisk until there is nothing runny (about 2-3 minutes)--it almost becomes a substance with the consistency of milk.
