Early is on time, and on time is LATE! Make sure your watch, not your phone, is on ships time! Your phone can sometimes switch to network time, which could cause you to be an hour or more late! The ship will not wait for you! It is your responsibility to be on time!

I love St. Kitts and St. Maarten, St. Kitts we just hang around in the port area and shops, and St. Maarten we give ourselves plenty of time, and in the afternoon just get off to look around the port shops.

We have done 4 cruises so far and we have one planned for next year and the year after. Carnival makes it very clear about being on time back to the ship at ports. If you are shallow enough to make a whole ship wait for you because you can't follow rules then you deserve to be left behind.

Over 20 years ago on one cruise i sailed , 2 crew members were trying to smuggle drugs into the ship in St Martin.

Well I can say something like that happened to me before….I was on a cruise in 2016 and we was supposed to meet at the aft end of the ship for an excursion and I had forgotten our tickets so I told the girl I think we left them allllllll the way back near the front of the ship in our room so I had to run the ship just about to get tickets and come alll the way back to the meeting place for the excursion 😬😬thank god I was in shape 😂😂
