Who owns the title of the home for H4H at the end of the day? Would you please tell me. I’m in the process of applying for it. They are not making it clear in the papers.
You would own the title of the home once you have paid off your mortgage however HFH has first rights to purchase if you sell before 30 year terms you wouldn’t fully vested & wouldn’t get much profit from the sell & if you have other loans you might have to also pay those back too. Hopefully that clears your concens
It's the lender aka the bank. Whoever you got your loan through owns your house that's the same no matter if it's habitat or if you bought it from a realtor.
