This is a canção (fr. chanson, it. canzona) by the portuguese composer António Carreira (c. 1520/30 - c. 1597) played on an experimentally refurbished old piano. Each note/key was left with only 1 string and all of them were tuned down a fourth so as to reduce tension and get a more stabile tuning.
