It's because the game was made for SP, they had no countermeasures against De-sync. If it ran everything in the server, this problem wouldn't exist. But each player is running their own POV, so what they see can be different depending on the information they get from the server.

Yeppers. Once a month dropped and no you do not get them all if you start paying now. But you will get this months. With discounts on there cars and other stuff as well

Because gta+ is a monthly payment. Which means every month they release 1 or 2 chameleon paints but treat them like a limited item. If you're not paying monthly you don't get to unlock the paints. Limited item. You must pay monthly to get the next paint. Probably the main reason I pay into gta+. That and for the last few months it's been 1.5 million every month and not just 500k.

@yes4280 no actually I get y people don't get it but on the other hand this the cheapest monthly subscription to anything around. Any game nowadays has a subscription to it for better things. And no you shouldn't be awarded every previous limited item because then it would be unfair to anyone that has paid the monthly subscription. Maybe a 1 time BIG fee to anyone that wants all the chameleons. When it comes to garage space, I always recommend people buying 1 month of gta+ to re locate 100 cars.

@yes4280 warzone. Ubisoft games aka every assasins creed. Ghost recon. SnowRunner. Fortnite. Im sure lots more. It's the new wave. At least gta+ is cheap. Atm. Depending where you live I suppose. In the end as much as people hate it, I'm my opinion gta+ isn't going anywhere. It's another way for gaming industries to milk money out of players. And you're right about providing buildings to people is unfair but it's gotten a ton of people aka 10p car Garage.
