Glad to help out! Hold off on that WD40. The stepper motor may be slipping inside the blend door hex bore. It will strip/crack the hex shape and make it where the door won’t respond. That’s why I used super glue and hot glue to try to repair. Depending on if it’s single or dual temp, there could be up to 4 stepper motors.

@@HammerWrench i have only single temp. and i don't have any problems with temp switching/changing. just the noise

@@RamRam-cg3rq I would take off the stepper motor and see if it is noisy unbolted from the center stack. If so replace, while you’re in there check if it stripped out. When remounting, make sure the temp coming out is the same as the dial so the motor will be clocked correctly.

I get it. It wasn’t too bad though. Finding the screws to remove the panel is the hardest part. Glad to give you some insight on it.

That is the only thing that did not work. I read in the reviews that the camera was subpar for most so unfortunately, ours didn’t get installed.

Traci, my sister, has litter boxes in the enclosure and in the garage(where the window is). We used 2x4s between the posts to make the frame for the wire. Used 3” deck screws to attach the 2x4s to the posts. I used the post as the hinge point for the door. Added another vertical 2x4 as the door frame and attached it to the horizontal 2x4. The holes are symmetrical. So the drivers side will be in the same position as the passenger one.

This was my trial and error to see what the ground was capable of so next year I can be prepared. The area was an old horse pen so some areas with hay and manure did exceptionally good. Other plants stayed small in the sandy soil.

Awesome Josh. Find the second video of it. The blend door mechanism was damaged and I made a repair to it when it kept failing with a new stepper motor.
