Was told from 2014-2018 GM changed suppliers of the rack and pinion and went with a less expensive (cheaper quality) rack that was only meant to sustain the factory suspension and tires. Guess I’m going back to FORD!

Have you found a solution to this noise?

What were your mods to get it to fit? Inlet pipe welding? Where did you get the mounting hardware?

My 15 Sierra has the same problem. I have a 3.5" Rough Country suspension kit and oversized tires. I'm sure if I take it in they'd try to blame it on the lift

Mine has been doing this since about December of 2014, had rack and pinion replaced in 2016 and the noise went away for about a month, took it back to the same dealer and GM said to pound sand, blamed it on my leveling kit and larger tires. Rough Country, Rancho, and my local 4x4 place say it's not the leveling kit. One of the dealer's mechs said it was the plastic parts in the rack and pinion, I don't know if there is a fix or at least me and about a gillion other 2014 and up Silverado owners haven't figured it out yet.

Where did you bought the rear turn signals ? i would really like to put some of those on my exc 500.

Did you have to trim the levers to fit in those handguards? Also what did you do to the exhaust? It looks like a 96 tip on stock exhaust with the diffuser taken out.

I got 47MPH out of ours. Downhill with a tailwind. Worse headshake than my YZF 750 at 150MPH on the track. New Michelins this year should take care of that problem.
