      You're so welcome! I love stretching the side body as it releases so much full body tension. If you're feeling extra stiff try glute massage with a foam roller and/or massage ball alongside this class for optimal results 🥰

    I feel like the side body is often neglected and looked over when it comes to flexibility and stretching routines, BUT IT'S SO VITAL! We mustn't forget it! We can all hold a lot of tension and stiffness here, not just dancers, from working a desk job to standing on our feet all day but not really moving around. The stretches in this 12 min class I've created for you target the obliques and QL which are two areas I encourage you to start giving some TLC 🥰 Let me know if you felt the stretches!

    Excellent explanation. These are big bang for the buck exercises. I do these while I wait for my tea kettle to boil and for the tea to steep. At the end of the rainbow movement I like to continue a bit further and wrap the band around my body to complete the range of movement.

    Even when you have an intro segment in your videos, you're always straight to the point. It's also admirable that sometimes (this one, for example) if the video doesn't need any explanation at all then boom, it doesn't get any. It shows that you value everyone's time. Meanwhile lots and lots of channels these days go long-winded with a preamble or cut into the middle of the video to tell people to like and subscribe over and over. Thanks for this series!

    So happy I found your channel! Your videos are so helpful and show stretches I hadn’t seen before. You should make a video combining the entire 14 day flexibility routine in 1 single routine as a middle splits flexibility routine showing how long/ how many reps each stretch, I’d watch it daily, really have been wanting to get my middle splits. 🙏🏼

    LEARN TO NOT DOME YOUR ABS‼️👇🏼 DOMING is when we don’t properly engage the core muscles and instead we PUSH them OUT when we find an exercise challenging. We’ve all done this 🙋🏻‍♀️ So what doming the abs look like when you engage your core incorrectly is a pressing out and rounding of the abdominal muscles, particular the lower abdomen. ✅ We need to try and get rid of that incorrect tension pushing forward and instead learn how to correctly PULL the core in; correctly engaging those lower and upper abdominals. Pilates and ballet training preaches this 👌🏼 ❌ Dancers do not get into the habit of doming abs. It’s dangerous. Be very conscious of correct core strength training and engagement to not hinder your body and technique.     Tight hamstrings are very common for everyone; dancers and athletes to the diligent desk worker. But with the right stretching techniques, like we used in this class, you can achieve amazing release in a short space of time. Of course, consistency is necessary for long term success and maintenance but even in just 30-minutes, improving hamstring flexibility is doable 🎉 Do you often feel tight in your hamstrings and back on the knee? TRY THESE STRETCHES (after a targeted warm-up)👇🏼 1️⃣ 10 x reps Flex and Point on every hamstring stretch (this helps with the nerves and shifts the stretch through the calf and back of knee) 2️⃣ 45 secs Active Forward Fold 3️⃣ 1 min Active Pike 4️⃣ 45 secs Single Pike each side 5️⃣ 45 secs Single Turnout Pike each side 🔁 2 x rounds SAVE & STRETCH TODAY ✈️ SHARE with someone who needs this 💕

      @@kellycarmena6220 hey :) my advice to you as a ballet teacher and dancer is to not break in your pointe shoes separately as a beginner. Follow the guidance of your teacher in the studio :) it’s really important for your feet to get used to the shoe and have your foot strength be the thing that begins to mould and break the shoe. The more you dance in them, the more they will ‘soften’ to suit your foot 💕

    OMG GUYS THIS GIRL NEEDS TO ACCESS THE 100M SUBS THIS ROUTINE MADE ME OPEN MY MIDDLE SPLIT I WAS DOING THE MIDDLE SPLIT WITH OUT ROUTINES AND IT WAS SO EASY TODAY I WAS OPENING MY MIDDLE SPLIT AND THE PROPLEM THAT I WAS CANT OPENING IT LIKE I CAN FEEL THE PAIN I WAS SAD BECAUSE THIS THE MAIN THING IN TAEKWONDO, YES I PLAY TAEKWONDO, SO I SAID TO MY SELF HOW I WILL PLAY TAEKWONDO, SO I SEARCH ON UA-cam HOW TO GET MY FLEXIBILITY BACK IN THE MIDDLE SPLIT I SAW YOUR VIDEO AND I DO YOUR ROUTINE AND WHEN I FINSH I TRIED TO MADE THE SPLIT AND IT AND WAS SOOO EASY AND WITHOUT PAIN ILOVE YOU SO MUCH I WILL DO YOUR ROUTINE EVERY DAY. 😭😭🌸❤

    Thankyouuu! I’ll add these to my daily stretch routine. I recently got my pointe shoes and decided I really want to commit to dance. I’m not very flexible at the moment and think it will really help my confidence! ❤❤
