How I am transforming my health - no sugar no carbs
Welcome to my journey of healing and transformation! At 59, I battle osteoarthritis in my hips, struggling with pain and mobility, and feeling overwhelmed. After researching and reflecting on how my lifestyle and diet affected my body, I made the decision to cut out sugar, carbs, and legumes to give my hips a fighting chance to heal.
In this video, I’m sharing the start of the journey. I am praying for change not only reducing my hip pain but has also me regaining my energy, shed unwanted pounds, and feel more in control of my health. The nama juicer now have the 3 liter size hopper container as an additional add on that you can buy so you don't have to buy the kurvings auto 10 if you already have the nama that way it will help you save money. They machines work very similar just depends on your preferences.

If you were purchasing one for the first time from scratch, from what you know, and you can only have one, which would you choose?
It would be the Kuvings Auto 10. Only because it comes with the larger hopper and three strainers.

I would pick the Kuvings only because it comes with two additional strainers for sorbet and smoothies. Also the hopper is larger. Other than that, the Nama J2 is spot on and perfect.
@@GammieKLynne yes but for $150 more this should be stated also. You can buy the larger Nama hopper for $80 which is steep but if you don't need the sorbet strainer then you get the Nama with two hoppers (2 & 3 liter) for $70 less than the auto10

Kuvings also is different from the Nama because it has a sorbet attachment and can also be a blender for smoothies.
