Great episode , I hope you've got plenty of book and bookshelfs ready because those will melt from your inventory faster than you expect. When I made my library in my world , so many books went into chiseled bookshelf at a point where I quickly ran out of books.

I think braising means you brush something onto the meat while it cooks, like some sort of sauce or something

This is an amazing bridge! Diagonal bridges can be difficult to pull off, esp in this build style! But you did fantastic! Question, have you considered trying out another smp?
