I like what you're doing. And not to say this to demotivate you. I'm sure there is a possibility you get to the Olympics. However, for your own good, and as content that I'd be interested to see, would you add studying into your schedule, or something that is lower-risk high-reward? That'd be awesome, and good content. Don't know if this is viable, or doable for you. Not homeless myself, but I'd say from homeless to wealthy is also damn nice to watch

more than any gym session, you need to work on hip mobility

Love what you're doing bro. With running everything is about angles, with a lot of the drills that you did in this video aim to be up and straight instead of leaning back as that can make you kick out more. The aim is to strike down as fast as possible and be as efficient as possible. The best way to get better at maintaining a good posture while running is by holding something over your head keeping your arms straight while holding the item and doing high knees. I found that this helped improve me posture really fast; another thing while doing strides the aim is to accelerate as quickly as possible so the best way to do this is by making sure you're as low as possible, I can't explain it through text but my best advice on how to improve the strides is by watching other athletes training videos to see how they perform their strides. Other than that you have the right mentality and if you want to you can drastically improve a lot if you continue. Keep it up.
