What does your car say about you? Lately I have been trying to create what is so called "Cinematic" video clips. While the word cinematic is kind of overused, it refers to footage that attempts to resemble movie looks from what you would see in movie theaters.

I sometimes ask myself what is my passion? Thinking passion will lead to happiness and satisfaction. But I realized there is a more important question I need to ask myself.
Me too experience sane I thought my life is end 😢
Daily suffaring panic attack😢
Same 😢
happened to me , i ended up in the police station cause they thought i was some homeless person . mine was triggered by Alcohol and it caused me so much panic that I've might hurt people by asking for help . the police car made me panic even more especially with the handcuffs on my back. it was one of the worst feelings ever and it lasted about 30 minutes .
I go through panic attacks every day at 4 am and I get one after another and I question why do I get so many panic attacks for 4 months it is a nightmare for me I wish I could get a deliverance from panic attacks and my mental health improves and my health improves 😢😢 so my prayers out to you and everyone including myself be free of it amen

I find myself in this :(
This is exactly how i feel everyday i even passed out because of my panic attacks
I suffered a massive panic attack in 2002 thankfully I was in a mental facility then. All day i felt awful covered in cold sweats and I would just freeze in place than I began thinking crazy. that terrorists were coming to blow up the building I lost it thankfully 2 nurses were there I couldnt breathe chest pain disassociation everything it hurt and it sucked .
Then ... when after many years you deal with and try to survive...after many years fight alone ...alone at home ...came some annoying people without have ant idea and judge you ..that you have no hobbies that you not working that you stay at home ....and then you feel worthless..... what to explain????????
This is truth, this is exactly what happened to me 😞🥺
And then all start again and again and again🥲🥲🥲

The "this is the doctor everything is fine" hit home. 🥲🥲
Hello, if I may ask one question? I have a problem of constantly feeling discomfort accompanied by chest pain and intense fear for some reason that is constantly present, constant fear of death and negative thoughts, the scenes I create about my death are constantly in my head during the day, I kind of suppress them, but already before going to bed when I close my eyes, that scene repeats itself over and over again, and from there the nightmares that scare me even worse, I don't know what it is, I also had panic attacks almost every day, if you can answer me or give me some advice? Thanks in advance❤
Sorry to hear about your experiences of anxiety/panic attacks. I would recommend getting therapy to guide you through the healing process and hope you feel better soon 🙏.

This Is Relatable I Just Had A Panic Attack Last Day Thank You For Making This I Thought I Was Dying Of Heart Attack
Lovely, thank you for sharing this experience. Universe has memory!
Thank you for making this, I can relate. The ending really made me emotional.
Changing my diet gave me a huge amount of relief. I eliminated everything that caused inflammation. Next, I deliberately focused my mind everyday all day on gratitude and working towards a meaningful goal. I used medication for about a year. Whenever I felt like I was about to have a panic attack I would take a low dose of what I was prescribed. This gave my subconscious a feeling of safety as I wasn’t worried about having a panic attack in public. It’s been about four years since my last panic attack. The things that used to trigger them, I actively seek out. This reinforces the fact that I am in control. You can and you will get passed this and then nothing will be able to break you again.
This is exactly what happened to me. Watching this video felt so good coz it makes me stronger.
Thank you for helping I fill so good 🙏🙏

You are not alone bro. Greetings from Poland
Suffering a lot can not even express 😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥the same shown in the film
I was diagnosed by a psychiatrist as having a panic disorder I had several panic attacks prior to being diagnosed. My attacks started with a tingling in the back of my neck and generalized into my brain so that I became incapable of sustaining a thought. They made me feel as if I had lost my mind and would never recover. There was no clear trigger. I had a very demanding management job, but I did it very well. it did not cause me undue anxiety. My attacks would come on in movie theaters, at home watching TV, and just walking my dog. They would pass after a few hours of curling up in bed in a fetal position. After I was properly diagnosed, my doctor put me on clonazepam 2mg twice daily. I haven't had a panic attack, since then. I have no side effects with the drug. It may not work for everyone, but it may have saved my life.
I'm on the same drug but lowered the dose to 1 mg since 2 mg puts me fall asleep. I don't take em unless I have to, you know you can tell when you're about to have an attack, so I'd carry the pills with me whenever I go out and about. It takes about 10 minutes to start the calming effect of the pill. Ever since I was 20, I'm having panic attacks and even now at the age of 45 I still have them occasionally 😢 coupled with palpitations I feel as if my life's a mess 😢😢
How I overcame this, was through constant prayer. The feeling of a panic attack is almost like I wanted to jump off a building to end the suffering. But Jesus Christ, my savior has redeemed me from it.
Big thnx
Nice brother karim the best way to heal it is praying 5 times a day and seek help of Allah aza wajal

Hey. Thanks for the great short film. I think everybody should know that most of us fight with this everyday. Most people think anxiety and panic attacks are the same but it's not. If anxiety is an evil character in a game, think of panic attacks as the boss of the game. So all I'm sayin this is a real health problem and thank you for raising awareness.
Thank you so much for the kind words.
