    Allan has correctly predicted the last 10 winners of US presidential elections except in 2000 but there is a strong case against that since many voters in Florida OVERVOTED for Gore on their ballots causing them to be thrown out and for their votes not to count. He doesn’t believe in the polls so he doesn’t follow them. He believes in his 13 key system and so far it has been almost bulletproof.
