Andres Cantor is the first Spanish voice I ever heard. My grandmother had a UHS knob on her TV that the one in the living room did not. I would watch Univision trying to learn Spanish when I was like 4 (because I knew the numbers on Sesame Street), convinced that because he was speaking faster and with musical rhythm in his voice if I could figure out what was being said, I would somehow become enlightened. TNT used to run full on commercial breaks DURING THE LIVE GAMES! They infamously missed numerous goals due to them happening while they were on a break! Can you imagine being an English speaking avid soccer fan while living in the US in 1990 and TNT being your only option only to get the game interrupted by ad breaks? Incredible! Meanwhile Univision had figured it out ages ago and they were running ads on the bottom of the screen only with no interruptions!
