These jars are fun to make and I figured I would try a compilation of sorts to showcase a few different jars that I have made.

I bought a large clam shell from a craft store and made a mold out of it for a desktop or shelf display.

Let's put some left over resin into a custom pendant mold and make a Galaxy to wear around your neck.

I made this custom mold from some laser cut acrylic pieces and figured they were good size for some earrings.

Using a laser engraver to cut some 3mm wood and create a fun little sun catcher. Epoxy resin is used for the inner galaxy style fill.

This experiment went in a few different directions I hadn't originally planned on. In the end I wanted to know if I could use resin as a vehicle to transfer a stencil...or initially a stamp. I ended up changing my plan and trying a few different things. In the end some worked and some didn't and will need further tweaking and trying again. All in all making resin "paper" worked just fine and us...

Quick video from a larger one I am working on that will have the finished pieces. I just wanted to isolate a couple of parts that showed the stencils in resin by themselves...super cool! Can't wait to experiment further with this.

Another Resin Mold Kit from Hobby Lobby...I had some left over resin so why not put it to good use. This is a fun little mold set I can see getting some more use out of in the future.

Bought a set of pen molds from Hobby Lobby and after a fist try, I think not too bad. I'll for sure make some more of these.

11x14 Neon Acrylic and Mixed Medium on Canvas

I used a store bought Mandala Stencil along with a custom made stencil mixed together to create sort of a stucco relief. Acrylic paint and gel mediums to give texture and depth. Basically looking to try something different and have fun combining a few different techniques.

Craft Stores have all kinds of inexpensive wooden boxes ready for custom paint. Having fun painting a small treasure chest.
