Doc ji...i hv severe osteoporosis..and ribs of bones fracture with slight stress...x ray of chest was done and it showed mild thickening of horizontal fissures...my general physician said not to worry only take vitamin d calcium and b12...do i hv cancer

With methotrexate based chemotherapy, the chances of cure can be as high as 75%, though it's difficult to predict without seeing the patient Best wishes

@dragoftw5910 osteosarcoma is more common around knee and shoulder however pelvis is not uncommon either. You must be under care of orthopaedic oncologist as well since surgery for pelvic osteosarcoma is complex and not available at many centres

Sir, I'm experiencing pain/discomfort(kind of tingling feeling) in my tibia, fibula form the past few months , I don't feel the pain all the time but if I'm sitting on a chair(that tingling feeling on the same spot)or standing(pain) for a long time then I feel it. Today I've noticed that spot where I feel the discomfort/pain is kind of swollen (hard).. can it be cancer? I'm worried please reply.. I known my family can't afford the treatment I'm worried more about that 😔
It's difficult to comment without seeing the patient. Any pain which increases with time and is not related to trauma can be cancer Hope that answers
