Panini released a statement regarding there mistake, and they promised that the rest of the hobby release will be per usual. This is a big problem because many numberd downtowns were pulled, which will ruin the odds to pull those cards in the regular hobby release. Another problem is the market of downtowns. Because of this bombshell by panini, the market will be flooded with many more downtowns than usual, which may tank the Value of the older downtowns. The downtowns used to be ultra rare case hits, but now there a lot more common.( they used to be just as rare as color blasts ). Fun fact - downtowns are barely even considered a case hit anymore. There just shortprints.
