Can you describe the feeling and experience in detail?

@ Sure, during meditation at the inhale breath I feel a gentle sensation rise and at the end of the inhale and space before the exhale it feels like the sensation spins or oscillates. If I can describe it visually (though I’m not seeing a thing during the experience) it’s like a firework rising and erupting and the sparkles/shimmers of the firework creates a gentle spin/oscillation inside my body. It physically feels almost like after you’ve been spinning with your eyes closed. It’s kind of hard to explain

@@wondalanda08 so to address your first question on what I would do. I would do nothing continue to observe. For Foundation The world is designed to keep you looking external and not at yourself. When you start to turn away from the external and look internally, you will start to grow your soul and your life force energy. Higher ups don’t want you accessing this so they’ll keep you busy if you will.

Now the sensations you feel pass through you is a good sign that your life force and your soul is getting healthier. Chakras or energy travels through spirals so it can feel like a circular motions. Ex. When you load a web page, you’ll see a circle pop up in your web browser to show things are loading. So you are growing and spend more time observing yourself. Don’t get fanatical or cling to one experience because there is more you’ll need to unravel

Yea I’m looking for the best platform right now to hold a community. Discord is an option for sure. One thing I will say is I saw “spiritual so’s” discord (famous UA-camr) and it was just full of trolls or people posting random spam. I’d want to avoid that for sure so I’m still looking into it.

There’s a lot to unpack here I’ll try and put it simple as possible. The process of unlearning starts with wanting to know the truth. That means seeking God, the highest possible answer in a situation, or even wanting to know yourself deeply. Now this is kind of a surface level answer, since we can put this into practice in meditation and gaze within ourselves into the great unknown which takes courage and humility… I’ll just tell you from experience how these experiences happened although, when I practiced this meditation I wasn’t expecting to have an out of body experience or even thought it would happen to me. Simply put I focused on my pineal gland( I placed my attention in the center of my headspace) and sat for 1-2 hours every day focusing here. Then it started to happen.

He is not a man of God. *EVERY CHRISTIAN* knows The Lord's Prayer. This man put on glasses to block blue rays and began chanting hymns and nonsense. Orthodoxy/Catholicism is not of Christ, it's a Worldly Church with Pagan belief systems using the Divinity of Christ as a guise to prey on those who do not know The Word. Wolves in sheep's clothing.
