What they added was HRTF. When HRFT is done properly it’s great. But it’s dog water on CoD for the first day I tried it. In Val it makes a world of difference imo but not CoDs. It needs work. The 20$ is a scam for sure. They removed it temporarily cuz it’s causing issues. The sound difference is unnoticeable. BUT they did add where you can tweak certain frequencies which if console players get that THAT will be a huge buff once someone figures it out. :) you can find this in interface settings
