Yes. Thats exactly right. There power in INTENTION. Bringing something and KEEPING it top of mind. There’s a part of our brain called the RETICULAR ACTIVATING SYSTEM. When activated, it NOTICES all things related. That’s why when u buy a type of car or shirt or whatever, you immediately notice everyone else with the same car or shirt. Want to be a certain weight or body fat? Start by writing the the goal on a sticky note, paste it on ur mirror and SEE that every day. IDEAS and INSPIRATION will start to JUMP out at u!
