If the bottom filter is full and the machine can not evacuate the wather the reset doesn t work. You have to move clean or move the filter compatiment im order the machine to start.

I have just fixed this issue , open the top cover , you will notice a loose female connector to the heater , fix it in its male connector and try it again.. it worked for me
