There is an entire careers office on the third floor.. there was probably a two to one employee to shopper ratio this afternoon so they may be a bit over staffed at the moment. I haven't been in a JCPenney's and probably 10 years which is why I shot the video because in 10 years from now it probably not be there anymore

The pools are a mess right now they're filled with salt water mud debris anything and everything except for treated and chlorinated pool water but in time they'll be fine. All of the fencing around the pools were destroyed and I would suspect that the pool mechanical pumps and filters will either need to be thoroughly cleaned if not replaced, but my best guess is in time the pools will return just like we all knew them if not better

I’d hate to come & I couldn’t swim then have to listen to noise as it was bad enough with the balconies being worked on .. my heart hurts for all of Florida’s damage it was such a horrifying hurricane 😞

@@marieann9768 there is so much work to do there is no time table as of yet. I would stay in touch with the board of directors or the individual or agency that you rent from for information. Just speculating here but I would guess that pools tennis courts and pickleball courts are going to play second fiddle to offices restaurants and amenities on the first floor of each building.
