This was why they wouldn't replace such lifts in this building in the first place. They should get Schindler to maintain, instead getting another new elevator brands to replace them.

There's actually 5 more service lifts on the lower floors you missed here, IIRC 3 in the South and 2 in the North. All can be found just outside the main service lifts in the respective towers
