This is a very inefficient design. Not to mention is is VERY TACKY. Work on your water cooling design for a start. And better radiator placement and a better radiator. get a thinner one with high powered fans. Have the graphic card cooling directly with the processor cooling. Reduce the amount of tubing you use. Also place the pumps in a more discrete location.

This has got to be one of the most overly complicated loops I have seen in a long time. Considering that you only have two components and one tiny rad in it.
