1. Continuance - Denise Lussier (applicant) for Looking Upwards (owner) for property located at 1184 East Main Road; being Tax Assessor’s Map 58 Lot 51 (Zoned Light Industrial, LI). The Applicant seeks a Special-Use Permit for offsite directional signage (Article IX, Section B(6a)) and a dimensional variance for additional wall mounted signage (Article IV, Section B(5b2).
