My name is Michael Brink. I'm a videographer, video editor and motion graphics artist from South-East Michigan. I've been in the field for over 10 years professionally and I'm always looking to grow where ever possible.
I love making short films, although I don't have many. I have made several commercials for competitions for big name clients such as SpaghettiOs, Colgate, Nutri-Ninja and Shell Oil to name a few.

2024 Solar Eclipse From Michigan
We tried to drive down to Ohio for the #2024eclipse but traffic was so bad, we only made it 60 miles down the road in 4 hours. So we got what we could. Enjoy!

For a 12 minute film, this had plenty of action, both in the air and on the ground. It's just a shame that there were so many matte lines around the explosions. Great work with the Phantom T.I.E.'s though.

Even though it does feel kinda like a video game cinematic it works! Be proud 🥲 I especially like the scene with she climbs 🧗♀️ into the X-Wing. Even thought you can tell it’s CG, she interacts with it keeping our imaginations going. Really liked it great 👍 job!

What a complete Star Wars experience! It had all the key elements where most would focus on one. So well done! It had everything. Everyone who was part of this should be very proud of themselves, I seriously had fun watching this.

Thanks! We started making this back in 2016, so before even The Last Jedi and Snoke was pretty much a character with no backstory.

@@MichaelB big mistake sequel has is it is cool but it’s basic sky the original trilogy but the og did not have 40 years of back lore so people like ok Yoda yoda emporer is Just him but the sequel 40 years and they just don’t address it like they should have bc of that. But hey they have good moments and the new Disney plus shows are gonna keep being great and fill in some gaps
@@soonerthrawn1362 Exactly! I agree, the Disney Plus shows are potentially the best thing that Disney has done with Star Wars, besides maybe Rogue One, which I loved. I've always wanted to see a Star Wars film about the rebel pilots. It looks like we might be getting it with Rogue Squadron. This short film was my little attempt at a Rogue Squadron type movie. I would love to make it a trilogy of short films, but I just don't know if I have the time.
