Samoa Tatau / Pe’a - My Journey
Thank you first & foremost to God 🙏, my family & friends for their support over this journey. Getting the Pe’a was not an easy decision however knowing the history and significance of it dating back thousands of years. I had to be all in or nothing.
A very special mention to my Tufuga Vasa Lauvao who kept me sane throughout it all. Thank you for your teachings and guidance to “never let it beat me” Your passion for our culture and your family is admirable. Thank you so much uso.
To Simon the ultimate stretch guy, I won’t forget the talks to put my mind at ease whilst I was getting butchered lol Thank you uso.
Lastly to my wife who got her first ever tattoo as an extension of my Tatau? Superwoman ain’t got nothing on you. Thank you for being there to support me. To my mum, kids and family who witnessed it all, SEKI video hey? This one’s for YOU 🇼🇸 🫡
