It's unlikely that Jun doesn't know about Asuka considering Asuka's age is similar to Jin and ,Jun's relationship with her brother seems to be normal. It's likely that she knows about Asuka when she is still a fetus but Asuka doesn't know about her at all

Missed the chance to mention that Jun actually knew the first King and fought in the same tournament with him, Paul, Law, Nina and Yoshimitsu. Only Lee seems to recognize her...
