I've never counted items for my kids. I have a budget, and they get what they get, they've never noticed or cared if someone got more than them. I never noticed as a child either.

My kids buy each other gifts every year too. This year my 9 year old son got his almost 7 year old sister the Bluey Caboodle and the Pokémon phonics book set. She got him 2 Pac-Man nano block sets and the same Star Wars Lego set you got for your son.

Great video!!! Games are such a great stocking stuffer!!! My family does go overboard with stocking stuffers. We do wrap the gifts inside the stockings. We also don't fill the stockings with junk my kids won't play with or has to be thrown away in a week. We have a Christmas Eve box that we put candy and food items in except for Kinder Joy eggs, a Pez dispenser, and another novelty toy/candy item.

Wow that was a lot of decoration you have. I enjoy decluttering for holidays but putting it all away I hate ! I hve the same stools you have. I like them but now wish I got ones with a higher back. Great motivation
Yeahhhh. I have a lot of spaces to fill with decor. I like the counter stools too but I agree they need a higher back and the white cushions get very dirty.
