At 5:55 wouldn't Delta_Omega actually be omega + omega_k1 because the negative sign is in front of the i in the exponential? exp(-i*w_1k*t) * exp(-i*w*t) = exp(-i*w_1k*t + -i*w*t) = exp(-i * t * (w_1k + w))

At 1:48 how does del omega <= 2Pi/T give us del omega x T >= 2Pi? IMO, del omega <= 2Pi/T is true and gives del omega x T <= 2Pi; which is a necessary condition for a non-negligible probability of transition. And conflating this relation with time energy uncertaininty principle is unnecessary since T and del omega are not related by fourier transform. T and omega are independent and are the length of the pulse, and frequency of emitted pulse respectively. Hence del omega is also independent. Feel free to ignore my comment to answer the question.
